Enfield · our own property
A building in our name, then a sale.
Avaka buys property and later sells what it holds. The company is the buyer or the seller. Write with an address if you want to sell a building to us, or if you want to buy one we already own.
The company holds the title
We do not sell someone else’s house for a fee, and we do not let a room. A purchase puts the building in Avaka’s name. A sale takes a building that is already ours and passes it to a buyer.
Both start the same way: an email with the address, what the building is, and which way the deal should run.
When you sell to Avaka
You own the property and you want us to buy it. Send the full address, whether it is a house or a flat, and whether anyone is living there.
If we want it, we reply with a price. That price is the offer. Solicitors then complete the purchase so the title moves into the company.
If we do not want it, we say so. We do not pass the address to another buyer.
When you buy from Avaka
You are looking for a property we already own. Tell us the area and the kind of building. We answer only if we hold one that fits.
The price is ours to set, because we are the owner. A viewing is one building, at a time we agree by email, not a tour of homes we do not own.

The desk is in Enfield
Write to us at 88 Lowther Drive, Enfield, EN2 7JR. Email first. The house on Lowther Drive is not a show home open to callers.
A building we buy or sell may be somewhere else in the United Kingdom. The note still names that building’s address.
